1. performance characteristics:
The broach adopts W18Cr4V material to make. It can cut more than 20,000 samples. It make U-type gap.
Shocks broaching machine sample gap is the only instrument gap for processing the qualified sample except the optical curve grinding machine. Because of processing theory once, the identity of processing the gap is very nice. This broaching machine adopts W18Cr4V manufacturing, high hardness, wear resistance, and every tool can process the sample as many as 20,000.
It can meet GB2106-80 “metal Charpy (V-type notch) impact test method” and GB229-2007 “metal Charpy (U-type notch) impact test method”, as well as the requirements of domestic and international standard of ASTM E23, ISO148, and ISO083. First two V-or U-notched only need 8 seconds operation, extremely simple and reliable.
